Laughter is such great medicine! You can’t stay angry as you laugh. Judging from this video clip, the more you laugh the harder it is to stop.

Recently I attended a workshop where on the last day we all lay down on the floor, feet together, closed our eyes and began listening to a tape of laughter. As each of us started giggling the chuckles turned into full blown laughter. Of course then the snorts, and guffaws, and gasps, and cackles, and the more we laughed the harder we laughed. (it just brings a smile to my face thinking about it). Well, then try stopping! A few muffled giggles and off we went again!
OMG that night my belly muscles were so sore. It simply emphasized to me just how little I do laugh. It felt better than doing sit ups!
Find laughter in your life, live in the moment and discover what brings you joy. Laughter can solve many problems and you were born to live in happiness. What are you doing with your time? What are your goals? What do you plan for the future? Ask yourself if these plans will bring more happiness and laughter into your life. If not, why not?
